"What is the procedure for getting my computer boards repaired?"

Ship it to us via your preferred carrier, making sure to include your business information inside the box. If you are a first time customer, we ask that you include payment with your shipment. Thereafter, we will send you an invoice with your refurbished computer boards. Most computer boards are $60, but you can click here for our price list. Please note! Return shipping to you via UPS is FREE! If you need your board faster than UPS Ground (2 to 3 days for most of Eastern US, 4 to 5 for Western US), we will only charge you the difference .

"When I send you my computer board, do you immediately send me a refurbished computer board of the same make, or do you repair my computer board and send it back to me?"

We repair your computer board and send it back to you. The only real advantage to sending you a refurbished computer board is the quick turn around time it provides. We work very hard to keep our work load managed well so that turn around time is not an issue. Of course, there are always times when a customer needs a board right away, and we always try to accommodate our customers under such circumstances. The advantage to receiving your own computer board back is one of history. If a computer board has the same problem as before, you will know it and we will know it, and that will make repair easier. Also, you will know how many repairs your board has received, and will therefore be more able to ascertain when a computer board is ready to be retired.

"What is your turn around time?"

Turn around time inevitably varies with the work load we have at any given moment. That said, we understand that turn around time is a key issue for our customers. We work hard to maintain a turn around time of under one week, i.e., your computer boards are shipped back to you within five business days after we receive them, though there are times when this is not possible, for instance, when we have to order parts that are out-dated or are backordered nationwide.

"What should I send with my computer board when I send it in for repair?"

Please, don't forget to include your business information, especially your phone number! Make sure there is something (a business card, letterhead, etc) inside the box. Also, it is very helpful if you note what problems your machine is experiencing. If you are a first-time customer, we ask that you send in payment with your board. After that we can send an invoice for payment back to you with your refurbished computer board(s).

"I need my computer board repaired very quickly! Can you accommodate me?"

We want to provide superior service to all of our customers. Many customers have spare computer boards on hand, and so super-quick service is not necessary. If a customer requests quicker service than is normal, we are often able to "tweak" our work load to move a work order up a few days, but this may not always be possible. If you are in dire need of exceptionally fast service, we do offer RUSH SERVICE. This service costs $30 per computer board and provides you with next day turn around. We will ship your board out the day after we receive it. Please note that Rush Service does not include Rush Shipping. Any shipping charges above Ground Shipping via UPS will also be charged to you. PLEASE CALL BEFORE SHIPPING ANY COMPUTER BOARDS FOR RUSH SERVICE!!! We will need to be on the look out for your computer board, and we will also need to verify with you that the appropriate parts are in stock.
